Workshops in Midvale went so well. Everyone was so strong and we had a lot of fun. Becca taught us some pretty epic pole moves, and we had a fun lab translating some of their pole transitions to rope. More on that soon. Last night we took a totally rad moonlight hike to some hot springs. Drank wine and mellowed out.
